Les bons réflexes

  1. If you are in immediate danger, prioritize your physical safety and contact a verified local emergency service.
  2. Do not give in to blackmail demands. Avoid sending additional content or money.
  3. Preserve useful evidence only if doing so is safe for you.
  4. Bloquez ou signalez les comptes abusifs lorsque cela ne risque pas d’aggraver la situation.
  5. Change your passwords on a safe device and turn on two-factor authentication.
  6. Talk to someone you trust and seek appropriate support.

Important : every situation is different. If someone else controls your devices, changing settings may increase your risk; seek advice from a qualified person or organization.
