Founded in Goma in July 2024, REL is a feminist organization working to prevent and combat online violence against women and girls in the DRC, with ambitions across Africa.
Online abuse is not "virtual" in its impact: it affects dignity, safety, emotional well-being, education, work and civic participation. We want to change this reality through solidarity and l’action.

As a co-founder of Elles en Ligne, Kessy champions a core belief: every woman and girl deserves to participate fully in the digital world without intimidation or exclusion. Son engagement au sein du réseau s’inscrit dans la construction d’une communauté solidaire, la sensibilisation aux cyberviolences et la promotion d’une culture de respect, d’écoute et de sécurité en ligne.
